The Packet Power Mobile App allows you to communicate with Packet Power wireless monitoring modules and modify select configuration settings.

Only certain modules and firmware versions are compatible with this app and your EMX account must be properly configured to use the app.

Packet Power uses a simple X.Y notation to denote F/W image (X) and F/W version (Y) number; for example, 5.40 denotes F/W image number 5, version number 40
The F/W image number is hardware specific and does not change with upgrades, only the version number does
Nodes with F/W image numbers that ARE NOT listed below (e.g. 2.x) do not have the hardware necessary to communicate with the app.
Nodes with F/W image numbers that ARE listed below but have lower F/W version numbers (e.g. 5.40) do have the necessary hardware, but have to be upgraded in order to communicate with the app. Please contact support@packetpower.com for F/W upgrade information.
